This past week we ventured to Orange County to dive deeper into the world of Gaggenau luxury appliances. We gained insight and a better understanding of how to collaborate with this fantastic European manufacturer that fits so beautifully into our Vaselli kitchen systems. Partnered with other dealers and showrooms from around the United States, we set forth into an immersive, hands-on interactive series of cooking demos and product knowledge training that left us wanting to learn more.
From Convection Oven basics to Combi-Steam and Combi-Speed appliances, we ate our way through a culinary experience like no other. With staff chefs on hand that prepared a variety of meats and vegetables in multiple cooking methods for us to try and taste the difference. The result was the same. Delicious, healthy meals made from modular kitchen systems that conveniently fit for the modern American life.
We even were able to sample salmon, asparagus, and chocolate chip cookies prepared in the same oven, at the same time, and without odor transfer. This was in the Combi-Steam Oven.
Italians know a thing or two about coffee. Gaggenau's coffee appliances are one of the best in the market. We ventured to Portola Roasters to learn about coffee brewing and what makes Gaggenau so different once the seeds are roasted. It definitely helped that pastries from Mr. Holmes were served. The Gaggenau Espresso Machine is a must for any coffee lover.
